Recordings
As a singer songwriter, I have a very broad and even eccentric aesthetic. My songs range from pop to blues to folk to circus. Most of my songs have an element of humor, and I love to play covers. I also have a background in opera and music theatre- both inform my work. Here's a song recorded roughly at the C-note in New York City. I wrote the tune to a very poetic "men seeking men" ad in craigslist. You can find anything on craigslist! It is a little naughty, and I don't recommend playing it for your four year old.
I currently have been singing with the Yonkers band, South County, that plays "genuine foot-stompin', thigh-slappin', whiskey-sippin' music" with "contagious energy". Below are a few tracks I love to sing.
The last recording is a podcast interview I did at FringeNYC in 2006.

Podcast at FringeNYC in 2006.
In 1999, I had the pleasure of being part of the intrepid cast of Urinetown the Musical at FringeNYC. Since then, Urinetown the Musical went on to be a cult classic on Broadway and won Tony awards for best director, best book and best score. The next time I performed at the Fringe was in 2006 with a show I helped create called "Site-Seeing" with Infinite Stage. This is a podcast I recorded remembering my FringeNYC story.
